• Payment is required before services are provided.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hour notice.

• Sliding-scale pricing is available for those in financial need.

• One-on-one coaching and peer support sessions are private. 

• Group sessions operate within a community-based framework. While privacy is encouraged, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings. Participants should only share what they feel comfortable disclosing.
